What are my delivery options?

If your destination country is the United States, you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

Standard Delivery:

12-20 business days
7.99 (Free Standard Delivery on orders over $40, automatically applied at checkout)

Express Delivery:

7-12 business days
12.99 (free standard shipping on orders over $40, automatically applied at checkout)

During peak seasons and promotional periods, logistics prices and delivery times may change in real time, according to the checkout page.

Where does GHome Smart deliver to?
USA: We ship orders to all 50 US states (and Washington DC) Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How do I track my order?

Our delivery time starts from the moment we accept your order, which includes 24 hours, during which time we will process your item and ship it out on a business day. Please note: promotional periods may take longer.

As soon as your order is packaged, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with shipping information and a link to track your order online. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become available.
